Hail to thee, o living Earth! Mother of us all, thou who are the sower, sustainer, and reaper of all life! It is from you that we small creatures derive the mineral of our bones, the water of our blood, the very spirit of air that animates and connects us all. It is when we are truly rooted within your being that we come to know that "there are no unsacred places; there are only sacred and desecrated places". This day and every day, may we be inspired by your cycles, your ...story, that we may join hand-in-hand to tend you and all of your children with dignity, compassion, grace, and a willingness to learn that we humans are not the center of all being. Lend us your strength to take up the mantle of stewardship, not dominion, and the patience to walk through the seasons with the deftness of the deer, the patience of the turtle, the keen eye of the hawk, and the determination of the salmon. Children of Earth and starry Heaven, I invite you to join the servant leaders of the Nemeton, SCAH, and SiCM this coming Sunday at Vale Cemetery in Schenectady from 1-4pm as we gather to share in an act of sacred stewardship together in honor of Earth Day, cleaning the Land, planting fruit trees, and honoring the ancestors in the spirit of interfaith cooperation and concelebration. Take of this holy mantle with us; you have the power, the sovereignty, to make the difference. Blessed Earth Day, dear ones, this day and every day. By the grace of the living Earth, Jeremiah /|\ Archdruid of the Nemeton of the Ways

Spring is upon us and the Land awakens! Be welcome to join the folk of the Nemeton, the Schenectady Clergy Against Hate, and SICM as we gather this coming Sunday from 1-4pm at Vale Cemetery in Schenectady to share in sacred stewardship of this hallowed place and come together as one people of many traditions to plant trees together in peace.

Blessed tidings of spring! It has been a tradition within the local Pagan community for almost a decade to celebrate Earth Day with a clean up of and tree planting in Vale Cemetery in Schenectady, especially the Green Cemetery portion. This year, for the first time, I am incredibly proud to announce that this will held as an interfaith service event cosponsored by the Nemeton of the Ways, the Schenectady Clergy Against Hate Coalition, and the Schenectady Inner City Ministrie...s! We will open and close the day with offering rites rooted in the Earth-centered traditions, and share the work amongst Pagans, Christians, Jews, Muslims, Sikhs, and any other people of goodwill as we stand in sacred solidarity for the wellbeing of the Land and people. Covid protocols will be lovingly enforced, with mandatory masking and social distancing so that as we work to nurture the Land together, we continue to safeguard all participants. Will you join us in this labor of love? In joyful hope, Jeremiah /|\ Archdruid of the Nemeton

If you and your same sex partner have been seriously contemplating marriange and are now considering moving up the date due to the recent changes in SCOTUS, please know that I am willing, able, and glad to officiate for you, as are many of my colleagues. Love is love, and love will win.

May yesteryear's blooms inspire us to nurture the seeds of the new year well; happy 2021 all <3

"A Prayer of Hope During this Pandemic" by Rabbie Noami Levy as presented by the Schenectady Clergy Against Hate Coalition. Even while we engage in "social reimagining", it is a deep honor to join with my colleagues in prayer for all of our people <3

Here we are, once more at a point of turning and of balance: The Vernal Equinox. As we step together into this moment of planetary balance while our lives are ...so terribly unbalanced as our societal systems crumble and break, may we remember our own power. It is you, o child of Earth and starry Heaven, that holds in your own hands the power to heal and to rebuild. To nurture and to inspire. To reach out and to lift up your sisters, brothers, nonbinary siblings. We are each of us sovereign beings, beings gifted with the grace and strength to persevere. Reach out to your communities, check in on folks. Share laughter and stories, trade needed goods and services. Do not give in to panic, but rather sit with the anxiety and let it empower our resolve to do better. We are in this together, today, tomorrow, and every day thereafter. I see you. I hear you. Now, more than ever, let us stand in our own sacred authenticity.

Good Morning! The Mantle of Brigid about us, The Memory of Brigid within us, The Protection of Brigid keeping us... From harm, from ignorance, from heartlessness. This day and night, From dawn till dark, From dark till dawn. Amen. See more

Ancestors, They say this is your month. The month when you're closest to us, The Veil is thinnest, The Worlds are closest,... Stuff like that. But I know they're wrong. Because you're never all that far away. Every time I look at the world around me, I see a world that you built. I see the thoughts that you had, The ideas you shared, The works you performed, All written into reality As surely as runes etched into stone, Even if we can't always perceive Which words were yours. Our lore, our practice, our vision, All built on the foundations you laid, And your foundations built on the foundations Of those that came before you. The orange leaves, The cloudy days, The early sunsets, All remind me of you. But so does everything else. Hail the Ancestors! - Rev. Rob Henderson -

Ave Matres Nemetiales! Hail Mothers of the Sacred Groves! We have come once more to a moment, and tipping point, of celestial balance - the Autumnal Equinox. M...ay we kindle good fires by which to pray, and prepare ourselves well to step into the growing darkness. Remember, o children of Earth and starry Heaven, you are the light of the world. It is good to bank the inner flames and rest, but tend well your hearts and hearths that the flame will not be extinguished. There is much work ahead of us all. Rest, breathe, and prepare to meet the dark of the year with both honor and strength /|\
