2021 doesn’t resemble any other year. In the wake of the disastrous COVID-driven shutdown which made much of Manhattan a ghost town during the spring and summer of 2020, the city’s re-awakening issues a clarion call to its true adherents, wherever they may have gone: come back! With restaurants serving capacity crowds, with movie theaters and sports and concert venues tentatively opening to limited crowds, New York feels poised to come back to life. A different life, perhaps,... but life nonetheless. Tourists are starting to appear in Rockefeller Center, people are carrying shopping bags (which suggests that they have been shopping!) and sidewalks are beginning to feel crowded. Native city dwellers and those from the tri-state area want new homes in the city. Maybe bigger, maybe smaller. Maybe pieds-à-terre, maybe big enough for families, or home offices, or terraces. There’s a run on city apartments, unlike anything local agents have seen for years. And a change of seasons is not going to stop it. . #realestate #williamsburg @nicolefishmann #realestateagent #femaleempowerment #ruthginsburg @sir_lanserlot #thankyouforyourservice #realestateagent #startupbusiness See more
#nestapple is closing several apartments per week putting smiles on the faces of our lovely customers! @nicolefishmann The steady increase in sales reflects a market that has rebounded considerably from the cooling effects of the COVID-19 pandemic, with low interest rates and a wealth of new inventory pulling many hesitant buyers back into the market. . . #williamsburg #williamsburgbrooklyn #penthouse #femaleempowerment #femaleownedbusiness #newyorkcity #williamsburgfood #nonstop #cashbackcard #deals #dealsoftheday #penthousesuite #rebateapps
Many people who left New York City for the short term have found they want to return, especially with events coming back. Those who fled to the suburbs have realized they appreciate a faster pace, and agents and developers said they are working with buyers looking to get back to urban life. We have had a lot of inquiries for people that are wanting larger apartments. The one-bedroom market has not been as robust as it had been in previous years because people who would have bought a one bedroom are now two-bedroom buyers. Two-bedroom buyers have become three-bedroom buyers. #closingday #onpacefor100 #realestate #femaleentrepreneur #dealoftheday #uppereastside #uppereastsidenyc #uesnyc #nutshell #following #cashbackworld #champagnelover

The total of asking prices for luxury contracts in Brooklyn climbed for the fifth week in a row. Forty homes asking more than $2 million went into contract last week in Brooklyn . The total of those contracts’ asking prices was $124.8 million, up from the previous week’s $108 million. Nestapple accounted for 4.1% of that which is a milestone!!!! Keep the pace @nicolefishmann . #milestone #westchester #femaleempowerment #startuplife #impressivethings @nicolefishmann #bestmomever #crushing-targets #whereisthelove #followforfollowback #realestatephotography #startupstories #femaleownedbusiness
Just today #nestapple signed 2 contracts for luxury houses in Brooklyn: - 300 Ainslie Street in Williamsburg (last asking : $2,500,000) - 281 State Street in Boerum Hill (last asking $4,150,000)... Many Manhattan residential brokers echo the sentiment; they’ve never been busier. Demand has finally picked up, which means a hefty schedule of showings, fierce negotiations and hurried contract signings. Even bidding wars are back. It’s not just the optimistic rhetoric all agents seem to share. After a year of depressed activity and headline after headline announcing another company or well-heeled individual moving out of New York, data bears out the uptick. . #boerumhill #brooklyn #williamsburg #brooklynbridge #cashback #realestate #disruptivebehavior #startupbusiness #femaleentrepreneurs #success
There are more real estate agents than actual houses for sale in the United States. Any given day, you're likely to see about half a million homes for sale, and there are 1.5 million members of the National Association of Realtors. Since a few brokers do a lot of deals this means that most brokers do less than 1 deal per year. Thoughts? In New York (5 boroughs) there are 20,000 residential deals a year for 25,000 realtors which means that most brokers do less than a deal per year and do not renew their license. . #congrats #murrayhill #disruptivebehavior #femaleownedbusiness #feelinggood #followforfollowback #realestate #congrats @cristinacasamatta #skyisthelimit #cashback #whypay6
With vaccine distribution picking up speed, employees are being called back to their offices by some of New York’s biggest firms, and so are workers employed by the city, who are due back in May. And as theaters and other venues make plans for reopening nights, many are hopeful the city could soon return to something that resembles life before the pandemic. . #onedealperday #crushinggoals #eastvillagenyc #eastvillageeats #disruption #cashbackapp #whypay6 #nonstop #soonmotherday #femaleentrepreneur #entrepreneurs #fintech #ipo #followforfollowback #followe

The right real estate buyers spotted signs of recovery back in January, but the trend is predicted to accelerate even more this spring, as the spring home-buying season combines with pandemic recovery . #nestapple #recovery #covid_19 #manhattan #startupcompany #follow4followback #femaleempowerment #cashappfriday #nonstop #newyorkcity #sheisunstoppable #startupoftheyear #fundraising #seriesa #seriesb #seriesc #soontheipo
In March, around 1,500 Manhattan residences were in contract for sale. That marked the highest number of deals for any one month in 14 years. The surge in sales reflects pent-up demand following a severe slowdown during the early months of the pandemic, when New York City was at a standstill as the virus surged. Buyers are now jumping back into the market as the vaccine rollout accelerates and confidence grows that New York City is safe.
