In the past, this room has been shared and home to acupuncturists, massage therapists, nutritionists, meditation teachers, and holistic estheticians (good vibes only!). It is available for either part time or full time monthly rentals.

Hello! Welcome to Nest Wellness, a peaceful oasis for healing in the heart of New York City. Currently home to acupuncturists, breathwork practitioners, holistic estheticians, craniosacral therapists, psychotherapists, massage therapists, and nutritionists, we are a group of mutually supportive practitioners who deeply value our patients, practices and the greater community. We want to shine a light on the talented practitioners who are part of the Nest Wellness community. The first is Sabina Maez, the founder of @newhorizonsacupuncture . She is one of the first practitioners who made the leap to move into Nest when we opened in the summer of 2019... and she is an integral and infinitely positive part of this space!! Sabina is a highly trained acupuncturist, and her education, experience with healing, the arts, and a life-long connection to nature form the the foundation from which she creates profound, safe and comfortable healing experiences for her patients.
