Every day is a great day to help, but it is always greatly needed and appreciated during the season of giving! A local resident is collecting non-perishable food items to benefit the Rotterdam Boys and Girls Club. Look for the donation box in the lobby of the netZero Clubhouse to help your local communities! Attention residents!! Rise and Shine Yoga! October 17th, 10 am - 11 am. ... Start your weekend feeling refreshed with this all levels hatha / vinyasa yoga class. Students will be led through a flow of poses to help increase flexibility, mobility and strength within the body and mind. Modifications to each pose will be offered to allow students at various fitness levels to participate to their own ability. All levels encouraged to join in! Looking forward to seeing you on your mat!
