Join Annie this Thursday, August 13th 6:00-7:30 for an outdoor gentle/restorative class at her house on patio. We will meet at Sawyer Park and start with a walking meditation through the woods to her house for class. There will be chilled lavender face cloths for savasana. Nature Walk with Yoga on the Pool Deck! Join me Saturday, June 20th from 9:30-11:00am. We will take a nature walk through Sawyer Park in Noble Silence - a walking meditation - to take in the sights and sounds of the beautiful nature. We will walk to my house for an hour class on the pool deck, ending in savasana with chilled lavender face clothes. Then we will walk back through Sawyer Park.
