We planted 100 Oriental Lilly’s in this ditch today. That’s right; we dug 100 holes, amended soil for all of them, and planted, feed, and watered 100 bulbs. Not bad for a Sunday’s work. Can’t stop, won’t stop. * #newfrontiersllc

How has lumber costs effected your plans? (According to this article) lumber costs have increased 340% since last year! (We’ve seen different statistics, but they are high!). That is an all-time record high! How is this price increase effecting you? Will you still follow through with that new-build or project you wanted to compete this year, despite the added cost?

When considering building, you have to keep in mind rising material costs. Prices are 2-3x higher than they were at the beginning of 2020. If a construction quote seems higher than you expected, this is probably why.
