New York State Child Support Reform Law 2020

I am planning a PEACEFUL rally at the capitol in Albany, NY in late March because that's when all the lawmakers are in town because of the state budget has to be passed by April 01, 2021 in order for the state budget to be on time. Let me know who can attend asap so I can start planning this PEACEFUL rally. Please DO NOT bring ANY WEAPONS OR CONTRABAND, PLEASE DON'T.

Today is January 02, 2021 a new year with more hope from our elected officials to do the right thing and hold the courts accountable for the injustice that was served upon us hard working individuals who worked hard to take care of our children. Also, to mandate the court to make the other party get up and get a job to help the noncustodial parent provide financial support for their children, it's only fair. Folks please continue to reach out to your elected officials and tell them how assembly bill number A06608 could and would help you with either maintaining or reestablishing a relationship with your children.

**********UPDATE PLEASE READ AND SHARE******************* I had a twenty minute phone conference with Michael Hayes from New York State OTDA child support policy person and the conversation ended very well. I urge everyone having legit issues with child support to call 518-474-9516 ask for Michael Hayes and if he is not available leave a message. When he calls you back please be very specific about your case and DO NOT speak on some else's case. The conversation ended with him saying hopefully they can do something in the near future to help everybody and he is going to continue to monitor my case. At this time I need everyone to share this page and the message to every New Yorker who has been victimize by the support magistrate's.

Update: I have continued to reach out to elected officials and as of yesterday I am waiting for confirmation to meet with Gov. Cuomo to discuss this important issue.

Update: On July 09, 2020 I met with NYS senator James Tedisco and the meeting was very well and currently working with other senators in the state to come up with a similar bill that would make necessary changes to child support laws. I urge everyone who supports this bill to reach out to NYS senator Tedisco and tell him how much this bill mean. Hold the courts accountable and make them be fair in rendering decisions in custody and child support cases.

Weekly update: Local lawmakers told me to spread the word about this bill and instructed me to inform everyone to continue to contact their local senate and assembly elected officials and call or email gov. Update: Assemblyman Kolb office reached out to me yesterday and informed me that the assemblyman Kolb strongly suggest that everyone call New York Sate Senator James Tedisco office and tell him what this bill mean to you and how would it help you children.
