Happy Birthday to Doug! This is an old pic from when we were dating, but it’s one of my favs. We are all wishing you an amazing day!
The amount of scam activity going on right now is unreal. We have had more calls about fishy activity this week than we can remember. If you’ve had the same passwords or even the same alternating passwords for a while, it’s a good time to update and reset ALL of them. Doug had about 30 calls last night from a local number telling him his Amazon account had an unauthorized $700 purchase. Just be aware that there are many ways these scammers can get information from you.
Someone takes up a whole lotta couch and it’s not Melanie.
Spending time with the fam. What are you doing this holiday weekend?
When you’re falling in a forest and there’s nobody around, do you ever really crash or even make a sound? (Nobody fell or was hurt in the course of this nature hike) #nature #ourmother #turnthetelevisionoff
There’s no better time. Never a good time, never a bad time. Chase your stars
There’s no better time. There’s no right time. There’s no wrong time. Chase your stars.

Post social media sabbatical Hey everyone, I know it’s been radio silence over here for a while but I felt inspired to share my experience after realizing that I was allowing Facebook and Instagram to take my peace. This is what I learned from taking two months off. 1. I learned to be present. I should say just learning to BE in each moment. ... 2. Choosing my own peace. I found that I was allowing unrest and Facebook comment disagreements to take me out of my own alignment. I can choose love and by making that choice I bring more peace into our home and to our children. 3. Talking to real humans on the streets. I was able to get perspectives from many beautiful beings in this amazing city. And those conversations (real face to face) expanded my perception on so many levels. The way that we communicate in person is very different then the way we communicate through our screens 4. It doesn’t matter what your opinion or political views are, the majority of people are kind and wonderful. Tell someone you love them today, you’ll be surprised at how your heart can expand. 5. We are more alike than we are different. I think the world would like to make us believe that we are somehow separate, but this, to me, is the greatest lie. 6. The world is a beautiful place. I once heard Loving people live in a loving world, hostile people live in a hostile world. Same world. The world is loving because that is the world that I choose to live in. 7. It’s an inside job. Everyone thinks of changing the world but no one thinks of changing himself -Leo Tolstoy The world starts to change when we do the work of changing our hearts and remembering that LOVE can do that. 8. In every moment we have a choice love or fear. Which are you choosing today? I made it a point to drive by this mural every morning on my way to work and my heart knows we are one, we are united and strong, we stand together no matter what our beliefs are, we are one human race. POST A HEART IF YOU AGREE. #buffalo #buffalony #remembertoloveeachother #weareone #buffalounitedandstrong #standtogetherbflo #lovingworld #onehumanrace #openyourheart
On this and every Memorial Day, never forget those who gave all. Pictured: US Army Old Guard soldiers place flags at some of the 240,000 graves at Arlington National Cemetery last week, ahead of Memorial Day.
Feel free to send a DM if you are interested in sitting in on one of our weekly Wednesday meetings. It is truly a blessing to have these friendships and the ability to receive referrals in this time of covid.
