So in case you haven’t guessed by now or by the beautiful snowy landscape of my Jersey condo... we are not in the office today due to the Snowstorm!! But we will return tomorrow morning for a delayed opening of 11am until 3 PM! So enjoy this beautiful northeastern winter’s Wonderland and when you’re back is achy from shoveling all day just give us a call and we will schedule your tuneup! Stay safe and warm!!

Congratulations America! For the first time in our history, the national average of Obesity has reached 42%!! That’s right- more than four in ten adults in this country tip the scales at more than 20% of their ideal weight//! And- don’t think we’ve forgotten the kids Almost 20% of children between the ages of 2 and 19 are also defined as obese ( and that’s a 4X increase since the mid 1970’s!!) So next time you hear the media complaining about the high cost of healthcare due to heart disease, high blood pressure, and diabetes Don’t doubt for a minute that these problems are self-inflicted by our own laziness and unhealthy lifestyles. When will people in this country wake up???

Not even a Global Pandemic could keep our office from hosting our 9th Annual Patient Appreciation Night at the Boulders Game! A sincere thanks goes to everyone who came out to share in a much needed night of fun and relaxation on such a beautiful evening! A Big Shout out and Thank You to the New York Boulders organization is also in order for creating a very safe and comfortable environment for a baseball game. I highly recommend that you take in a game before the season is over! Thanks again to all- it was a Great Night... but PS- I have to say... We Missed You Ruthie- but you were in our Hearts!
