The women's field hockey team "set the tone for the rest of [their] play this season," according to third-year forward Carly Croteau, when they beat Oswego. You can even listen to one of our epi...sodes on the Podcasts app! https://podcasts.apple.com//podcast/new-palt/id1480776856 We’d love to hear your feedback and we hope that you find this interruption worthwhile.

The new semester did not only bring a cover refresh, but two new weekly story ideas for our Features section! If you're someone who likes to get their weekly dose of the Oracle, then you've possibly already noticed this update. Still, either way, we want to tell you about it of course! Our new Features Editor Nicole Zanchelli has implemented our new "Activism in New Paltz" and "Beyond New Paltz" sections. The former spotlights activist groups on campus, while the latter tak...es you outside of our town into other local places (including bookstores, theaters and diners).
