thanks to everyone who reached out about holiday minis- we are SO grateful for your loyalty as we remain closed to stay safe and keep our clients and community safe. right now we strongly advocate against holiday mini sessions because we believe indoor sessions back to back with unmasked people (since photoshoots are mostly done unmasked) will be contributing to spread and may put you or others at risk. in particular santa sessions which put elderly santas at risk we find to ...be particularly harmful and not in the holiday spirit. how can you try to have some merry during this challenging holiday season and safely capture images of your ever changing little loved ones? we encourage you to do outdoor sessions, or if you can afford to book gift cards to help keep your local photographers in business and be ready to photograph your family when this is over! we would love to provide one free screenshot photo through facetime for our loyal clients. dress in your christmas or holiday jammies (or diwali outfits!) and let us guide you for a free holiday image, our thanks to you for staying home and stopping the spread. supplies limited. pm to setup a time, hope to see you soon! more exciting returning member perks coming in 2021 when we reopen. Studio update** We are still closed due to the pandemic- it has been a hard decision personally and financially missing out on so many milestones for my clients until the vaccine, but ethically an easy one. we know we are privileged to even consider closing since we can still feed our children and that privilege means we couldnt fathom adding risk to the most vulnerable in our society (and our own family) when we have a choice. Due to recent discoveries implicating covid tra...nsmission in rising stillbirth rates we also no longer support indoor newborn or pregnancy photography at this point in the pandemic. As some of you may know, the Front Porch Project is circulating in photography worlds right now. For all inquiries, here is my conclusion: I wish I could be out and about creating snapshots of this time for families, but I must comply with the stay at home orders issued by Governor Cuomo for everyone’s safety and protection, especially of our clients’ littlest babies.
