ANNOUNCEMENT! Your care during the COVID-19 State of Emergency is important to us. Due to the heavy demand COVID-19 has placed on labs across the country, there have been delays from the laboratories. This is not within the control of our urgent care centers as we submit lab specimens same day, but as a result of the volume the laboratories are receiving. We are diligently working to rectify the situation and expect this to improve within the coming days. We appreciate your understanding in these unprecedented times. However, should you have an immediate need (I.E.: pre-surgical COVID testing), we are able to tag lab specimens ‘STAT’ and/or ‘PRIORITY’ where, at this time, we have received lab results within 48 to 72 hours.
