This Winter, Music in Chappaqua will be offering GROUP VOICE CLASSES! Classes are scheduled to run from January thru March 2020 for 10 classes: Mondays from 3:30-4:30pm Tuesdays from 6:00-7:00pm... Grades 1-4: The class will be ideal for beginner singers! Students will practice vocal warm-ups to learn the fundamental techniques of breath support, articulation, pitch accuracy, and ear training. Vocalists will sing their favorite solos as well as ensemble pieces while creating friendships with other like-minded singers their age! Grades 5-7: For singers with prior training, this class focuses on expanding vocal range, strengthening breath support, and learning advanced techniques! Students will explore diverse new repertoire, with a focus on musical theater, to help students develop strong audition songs as well as solo and ensemble performance pieces.
