We are thrilled that @thepilatesstandard graduate Adrianna @movewithaud will be joining the NeXa Trainer Team. Adrianna will be available for Privates Mondays 11-3pm and Fridays 12-4pm. Help us welcome Adrianna to the team! - Adrianna is a dancer who recently became classically Pilates certified. Movement brings her immense joy, and she believes it can truly heal and restore the body. She loves seeing clients find that same joy and relief through movement. Adrianna h...olds other certifications in Myo-fascial Stretching, which works to create more mobility in the connective tissue of the body, and ELDOA, which relieves compression and pain in the spine. With her extensive background, you can expect your session to be primarily Pilates-focused while drawing from other modalities in a way that both challenges and caters to you and your body’s needs.
