Another quarantine success story! Sure at first @kazpao was feeling like most of us in March when the world and Nexcycle was shut down due to COVID-19.... lost, confused, frustrated and wondering how she would find the motivation to continue on her recently started weight loss journey. Sound familiar? . . . Well at 54 years old, she pulled herself together, rented a bike from us and attended regular virtual and strength training classes. Her major change came from our strengt...h training classes. That was THE CHANGE she needed to CHALLENGE her body to kick her weight loss in by kickstarting her metabolism! We always say IF IT DOESN’T CHALLENGE YOU, IT WON’T CHANGE YOU! . . . 25 pounds later she is strong and fit! She still continues to regularly strength train with us and well as participate in our indoor cycling. She was happy to be back inside Spinning and Training with the support of her Nexcycle Family!
