We cut a lot of parts in a week! In order to keep track of cabinets and their individual parts through out the shop, our software generates a label and barcode for each part. At each machine, the operator scans the barcode to identify what work needs to be done to that part. As part of our new product development, Nexis3 is adding flat pack options to our line of cabinetry. Fully edge banded parts give the Nexis3 cabinet a completely finished look. The flat pack option features Lamello Clamex connectors that make it possible for anyone to assemble with a 1/4 turn of a 4mm Hex tool. All cabinets ship with soft close adjustable drawers and hinges. The adjustable feet with built in leveling capabilities make install a snap.
