Coach Macky, Founder of Steady Buckets and head of COA Kids Club, demonstrates the urgency behind accomplishing goals by relating to people that are the same age because you want to challenge yourself to be better. Whereas, if you are being coached or mentored by someone who is older than you, you do not have the ability to relate. He’s talking about kids, but the same applies to adults.
