HIGH SCHOOL AND COLLEGE BASEBALL PLAYERS! This summer we are offering the opportunity for baseball players to come get professional training 5 days a week! Making individual programs for strength/mobility/conditioning. Along with an off-season throwing program to build arm strength and improve recovery. We will be using rapsodo pitching and hitting machines and video analysis! DM for questions!

Had a couple of our pros hanging out with some AAA @mets @syracusemets players this week. Great guys both @david_thompson_8 & @timtebow class act and respectable characters. Honored to have them hit at our facility and best of luck to all four of these guys as Jake and Phil begin their season and David and Tim continue to succeed the rest of this season! The grind is real!
