Check out what NFA Dance and Musical Production alumni Laura Wurster been up to! Laura is a 2017 graduate of NFA who was very active in the dance, music and theater departments. She is now a singer/songwriter going by the name Laura Elliott. She has spent most of 2020 writing and producing her original music and has four singles released to date. Her most recent release (song) is called Carolineand is available on all platforms. Laura hopes to complete an EP by the spring of 2021 and is looking forward to the day she can return to live performing. Since 2011, the first weekend in December has been when the NFA Dance Department performs our annual Winter Ballet. Each year about 200 NFA Dance scholars take to the stage to perform a Holiday or Children’s Dance Theater production. Due the pandemic circumstances we are not able to hold our show this year. Here’s a few show pics from the past 9 years. We hope it reminds you of the joy of live performances as well as spark a little holiday spirit and belief that we will be back on stage in the future!
