Our local clubs. I’ve always said, when we get the snow, we have some of the best trails around. It’s all due to the dedication of our club volunteers. Enjoy the riding and PLEASE STAY ON THE TRAILS! We have been getting calls from landowners with complaints. Please don’t ruin all this work that we put in. #whitepavement
Trails look amazing right now. PLEASE STAY ON THEM!!
We have groomed from Chipman to Morley through the swamp by Route 68 tonight. A huge thank you to Shawn and Erik Losey for cutting out some of the trees before ...running the groomer through. Please use caution in the swamp as there are still some stumps, but it is better than it was!! It is the first time in a couple years that we have been able to groom it. A shout out to John and Cheryl Mclear and Chars Bar for dinner tonight for the groomers!! See more
Please people! Take the trail down to Waterloo and you can jump on the creek at the same spot. Yes, it’s a little farther, but isn’t it really about the miles? Please don’t ruin it for us just to save a couple minutes.
We ran the groomer to Madrid and and back tonight to test it out and make sure we had all the bugs out! We will be out this week!!
See the forecast for next week? Big storm coming. Need oil for that sled? Call NFJ, we got it in stock.
Great news! After a long wait, Mudslinger will finally be in stock this week at NFJ Performance! Amsoil has it and we have a bunch of it on order. So if you want that shine and easy mud removal call us today and we will hook you up!
So last year you dropped $5k on that fancy new zero turn. Now it’s time to change the oil and you’re going to use some cheap dinosaur oil?? Your engine is one of the most expensive parts of that mower and air cooled engines work hard in the summer heat. Protect it with Amsoil small engine oil! You won’t regret it. Call NFJ Performance today! 315-528-4773
Trails officially close April 1st and with nothing but 50s and 60s in the forecast, might as well start removing trail signs while there’s still some frost in the ground. Thanks to all the volunteers that made for great trails this season. Hope everyone enjoyed them. Until next year!
From Waddington all the way to Ogdensburg today. Trails are 9.5 and with the snow coming, they should be a 10. Smooth and fast! Can’t say enough about our local clubs and the work they put in!
Here we go... use your heads people!
Waddington. Be aware!
Trail report! Waddington to Rt68 is a straight up 10 out of 10. From there to Heuvelton is a little choppy. In the Punchlock Travelers defense, they haven’t groomed since Wednesday because they loaned out club their groomer because ours is still down. Get out and ride! Thanks to all our local club volunteers for making a great weekend to get out!
Can’t say enough about this crew we have in our club. Always putting the time in to help out and make the trails great!
I don’t know how many time a we have to go through this but... I have been hearing numerous complaints recently from land owners regarding sleds being off trails and excessive noise late at night. There is NO EXCUSE to be off trail. They are marked and groomed well. Don’t cut the corner short, go to the intersection. You think it doesn’t hurt the crops? You are wrong! Go around in the summer and look where the trails run, you can easily tell by looking at a hay field where th...e trail runs. As for the noise, at midnight, your piped up sled is a huge nuisance to people trying to sleep and they are getting fed up! If these trails get closed you WILL NOT be able to ride them. You can be arrested for trespassing! Land owners give us a right of way so we can enjoy our sport. Don’t disrespect them and ruin it for everyone. Think about your actions. Think about the local business that rely on our dollars all winter. Think about the families that want to ride together and introduce their kids to the sport. Please share this with as many people you can. We must fix this now! See more
This is from a local land owner, and she is not wrong here! Please have some respect! I live about 100 yards from one of the trails. Behind my house is a field on the trail where there is a 400 yard stretch where snowmobiles go as fast as they can. During the day I almost never hear snowmobiles on this trail. During the night this is a problem for us. Snowmobiles stop to cross the road , cross, then take off across this field as fast as they can. Some are incredibly loud . Most are not .Last night I was startled awake several times after midnight. I am asking if your trail users would consider going at a slower speed so as not to wake people up at night. I am sure I am not the only person in this situation. Thank you.
