Here are some quick facts: ***1 cup of milk contain 300mg- almost 30% of daily requirements. ***Dairy has consistently led to improved bone health in randomized controlled trials in every age group. That’s what counts! ***Calcium absorption from milk is higher than from some non-dairy foods that contain smaller amounts of calcium.
