FYI for all of our amazing current (and to future clients); NFP staff have worked 11 consecutive days (zero off days, no down-time). NFP has received, processed, and completed hundreds of Help-Desk Tickets. NFP has ordered, installed, and delivered scores of Teleworker hardware kits - enabling our clients to operate remotely.... NFP Help-Desk has fielded and serviced client requests as late as 11 p.m., and as early as 5 a.m.! NFP Help-Desk has completed 50+ tickets/requests over two weekends. NFP has accommodated on-site requests for clients who HAD to have such work completed- this using CDC and NYS Department of Health guidelines (PPE, Distancing, Total number of individuals). NFP Telecom is always here, always available, always at your Service. Our ONLY request during this difficult and challenging time; Please be patient, NFP is serving hundreds of clients in four states. Thank You very much, Team NFP :)

Attention: There are many reported outages in the Rochester and surrounding areas with Spectrum's business class phone service. Spectrum is working on a fix, and we will update this status to let you know when the outage has been repaired. (This issue has been resolved as of 5/3/2019)
