We are officially closed now. I will be there 6-7 tonight and 12-4 this Saturday to sell anything that's left. Thank you.

Thank you from the bottom of my heart, truly an amazing weekend, with so many stories, smiles, and some tears. The after-party with current and past beloved employees was, well ... so Niagara. Everything left is 70% off, and our display tanks are going very cheap. Thank you all that shared the experience, past, and present. It was always such a pleasure.

I forgot to thank Quinn, the last kid I hired when he was just a kid and got to see grow up. He worked with us as he made made his way through high school and then through college. He still to this day works on Saturdays, thank you so much Quinn.

I almost forgot, I told you the list of people I need to thank would be incomplete.. I need to share a special thank you to Dave, Stephanie, Christina and Rose. Special people who enabled us to keep the shop open just a little longer... I will always be in debt to you for your efforts and dedication.

So this is hard... After almost 80 years Niagara Aquarium is closing it's doors. The list of people I need to thank is far too long for me to list here and will certainly be incomplete. First of all my Dad, who started this business before many people even heard of tropical fish, it was a life long passion of his and he shared his love with so many people. He loved people as much as he loved fish, I am sure he knows how many people he influenced. To all the wonderful people w...ho have worked with us and became family members to me, and my kids. To all the people, friends and family, who helped me with all my remolding projects. To my awesome kids, it was never a better day than when sharing the counter and the work with my kids, Emily, Nick and Ben. To all the wonderful people who loved the store, would come in and make me laugh, and became important to me not as customers, but as friends. I sincerely and humbly thank each and every one of you. We will start our sale with a goodbye celebration Saturday September 5th. I hope anyone who views this post will stop by and say goodbye. We will be serving hot dogs and pop off the grill, along with laughs and stories, worked by folks who grew up working with us while they were forging their futures. Let's give the grand old place a proper send off. Masks must be worn and social distancing with need to be in place. I cannot possibly express my gratitude enough, to all of you. John

Hello folks! Just a heads up that we have feeder goldfish and rosys, crickets, dubias, waxworms, superworms, mice, mealworms, hornworms all in stock.Our temporary hours are still Mon, Weds, Fri 4-8PM Tues, Thurs, Sat 12-4PM and we will have some hours this Sunday, we will keep you posted. Correction 12-2 window service tomorrow!

we will post an update tomorrow listing our hours of operation for next week and hopefully beyond. we plan to order crickets and feeders next week we will have limited availability tomorrow 12-2 window service!

Hi. We want to let you know that we will be doing window service this Saturday from 12-2. As you may expect we haven't been restocking as usual so call ahead on Saturday and we will let you know if we have what you need. We apologize for the interruption in our services but hope to return to some kind of normal hours Monday, and plan to fully restock for the upcoming week.
