Firstly, we would like to thank everyone who has continued to patronize Jim's Pools and Niagara Pool Service during this tough time. We appreciate it from the bottom of our hearts! Secondly, we are very sad to announce that due to the new state mandate and for the safety of our customers and employees, we will be temporarily closed at end of business today (Saturday, March 21 at 4:00pm) for at least the next couple of weeks until we are allowed to reopen. If you do need any p...ool or hot tub supplies please don't hesitate to contact us either through Facebook, e-mail ([email protected]), or leave a message at 716-433-7996 with your request. We will be checking these regularly and will be able to process your order over the phone for pick up at a later date or possibly drop off delivery. We are fully stocked and ready for the season. Niagara Pool Service is still also scheduling pool openings and any that have been scheduled already will remain in the book for now. If we need to reschedule, we will be in contact. We sincerely apologize for any inconvenience this may cause, but we do feel that this is an important step for everyone to stay safe during these trying times.
