Riverside Yoga 12.12.2020

Riverside Yoga is coming back June 1st with new teachers, new and varied styles to choose from, and the same beautiful location at the Niawanda River Bandshell. As a result of popular demand, we will be adding a weekly guided meditation as well. Schedule and teacher info to come soon! Stay tuned and be well!

Exciting News! Riverside Yoga is beginning classes again in the next few months! For those who are unaware, Riverside Yoga is a seasonal, outdoor venue that offers yoga and wellness practice for a nominal donation. All classes and workshops are held at the Niawanda River bandshell in Tonawanda, New York.... Last year's Riverside experience was such a success! We came together as a community to share peace, movement, laughter, stories, and positive connection with each other as well as nature. It continues to be a humbling inspiration to see love come together when the space is provided! We're looking to grow our influence this year and expand our services to guided meditation, varied yoga classes such as "Power Yoga" and "Gentle Yoga", along with offering some exciting workshops such as "Learn How to Handstand" and "Plant-Based Nutrition". Riverside Yoga is donation based which allows new teachers and local businesses the opportunity to give you a high quality service at a cost much below the industry standard. All around, Riverside Yoga is something to be really jazzed about- and with all the exciting new offerings, we're more excited than ever! Please share and tag others! For those that attended my classes for the past week, this is was the inspiration and focus for the classes. The practice I created was meant to stir your mind and shift your focus. You have a voice. The ability you have to let your truth out is invaluable. YOUR TRUTH, is the point I wish to make. Often it is easier to fill space without saying anything- it can be easier to say what you believe will placate others, will please them. What pleases you? Say what is truly real for who you truly are. Find who you are beyond the image you present to the world, speak to that image. Be kind, be gentle to yourself and others. Hello yogis, I'd like to hear some feedback (especially from the regular attendees) concerning a schedule change. Instead of the Wednesday morning class being 7:30-8:30, would a change to 7:00-8:00 be just as accessible? Comment with opinions or message me personally. Much thanks!
