Here’s a nutritious recipe for a #PumpkinSpiceLatte so that you can celebrate fall the right way, every day! Recipe adapted from Abbey’s Kitchen. Ingredients: 2 shots espresso (or decaf, if desired) 1.5 tbsp pumpkin puree 2 tsp vanilla extract 1/2 tsp pumpkin pie spice Maple syrup to taste 1 1/2 cups unsweetened vanilla almond milk Directions: In a mug, mix the espresso with pumpkin puree, vanilla, pumpkin spice, and maple syrup Steam vanilla almond milk and mix it in Top with crushed graham crackers, pumpkin pie spice, or cinnamon
