We’re halfway there!!! Boy is this week flying by! It’s gorgeous out and we are happy about that. Hopefully it will give the ground an opportunity to dry out a... little before more rain comes. Rain is a good thing and I’m so very grateful we got some last weekend. ( little too much lol but grateful) Everything is so green and alive right now. I hope everyone is enjoying our milk chats. Happy Tuesday!! Back to the grind for most people today. Hoping you all had an awesome weekend despite the weather. Morning milkings are moving along. Everyone... is adjusting so well to the stand and can you believe how much milk little Mae is putting out? She’s a little powerhouse. Farm store is open today from 10-5. So far we’ve tried the bratwurst, kielbasa and chorizo from our new summer beef line so good! Good morning happy Monday! I hope that everyone had a relaxing Memorial Day weekend. As we set about to start our day, let’s take a moment to reflect on wha...t this day is all about. We are fortunate to have many members of our family who have served and serve our great country and blessed that they were able to come home and be with their family. This day is about the many men and women who have served our country and didn’t get the opportunity to return home to their loved ones. The ultimate sacrifice for our freedom. Farm store is open today from 10-5. We’ve restocked our beef and pork freezers!!! So excited for our new summer grilling items. Happy Sunday!!! Boy am I tired. We are only ending May and the real work hasn’t even truly begun with the vegetable garden yet. I think it’s just the rain drag...ging me down. I love the sound of the rain and love how it quenches the earths thirst but it sure is dreary and makes me super sleepy . Time for coffee and then off to work the farm store for the day! Well the weekend is finally here!!! Wish the weather would have come along with it but for today, at least, Mother Nature has stepped us back to winter The f...arm store will be open today from 10-5. We are stocking the beef freezer and are super excited for our beef sausage options we now have. Bratwurst, andouille, chorizo and kielbasa. Can you say BBQ time?! Hoping everyone has a safe weekend.
