This is boundary and it applies to boys as well as girls. We all need to respect the bodies of others, and especially little, developing bodies. Asking, " Is it ok?" is the first step, not taking the answer personally is the second.

Let your loneliness in, for it has so much to teach you. Do you see that you feel most alone at moments of repetition, moments when something or someone leaves... and you feel the weight of all the things and people that have ever left you? You must learn to treat these moments with care and not push them away, for it is by struggling against repetition that we bring it about, by acting in the same, desperate way we always have. When you feel lonely, remind yourself that you have an opportunity to do things differently this time around, an opportunity to heal in ways you have not yet let yourself. Understand, above all, that you are not lonely because you lack people, but because there is some part of yourself you have not yet accepted. Try to picture that part, in all its weakness, confusion, and fear, and bring it into alignment with the great love that exists within you. People always say, "I have so much love to give, and yet I'm alone." Well, draw on that love, feel it in your heart, and let it fuse what has been fractured within you, rather than wasting it on trying to make the surface of your life look a certain way. For just as a broken bone needs internal alignment, not external movement, in order to heal, the same is true of your heart. So keep still and let yourself receive the strength that is your birthright. Love is still there, for love is everywhere. 7 things that affect your vibration frequency from the point of view of quantum physics.Vibration in quantum physics means everything is energy. We are vibrant beings on certain frequencies. Every vibration is equivalent to a feeling and in the world "Vibrational", there are only two species of vibrations, positive and negative. Any feeling makes you broadcast a vibration that can be positive or negative.

With practice, we can see that our wounded child is not only us. Our wounded child may represent several generations. Our mother may have suffered throughout he...r life. Our father may have suffered. Perhaps our parents weren’t able to look after the wounded child in themselves. So when we’re embracing the wounded child in us, we are embracing all the wounded child in our past generations. This practice is not a practice for ourselves alone, but for numberless generations of ancestors and descendants. Thich Nhat Hanh Art: Anna Lee @annaofthemedow IG

A new and special addition to my office. This painting was done by my great grandmother Flora Bart Merkel. The story I heard is that she painted this while convalescing in Arizona probably in the late 1930’s. I’ve always felt this painting in some way. It speaks of resilience and beauty, the push and pull of life. The ability to grow where you are planted and that there is movement in stasis. I’m so happy to finally have it here in my office for my clients to see and maybe her healing will bring healing to others.
