A new report from FMCSA shows just how widespread marijuana usage is among drivers testing positive for controlled substances. According to the report based on ...data gathered through the new Drug & Alcohol Clearinghouse, out of a total of 21,156 positive tests collected as of June 1, 10,388 drivers tested positive for marijuana. The tractor trailer illegally passing a stopped school bus in this video could have caused a tragedy. Thankfully, the student was not hurt. Passing school buses... that are stopped with their lights flashing is illegal! No matter what direction you're traveling or how many lanes the road has, all traffic must stop.
