May first has been a traditional starting date for my personal goals of self improvement. I think it befitting to introduce a new project of self love I will be... calling the CAMPAIGN FOR LIFE (A journey within) on this auspicious date. This will be a journey of self love and will focus on healing and growth through healthy eating, exercise and the many practices that tune us in to the magic of fulfillment. Next week I will be introducing an interactive blog and website that will follow my progress through the healing arts of meditation, yoga and self love. All are welcome to join and all are encouraged to be the change they want to see in the world. I will be providing more details when I take the leap into myself. I am looking forward to sharing my experience as I take a new direction into the vulnerable parts of my being. We don't have to discover who we are all by ourselves. There is a communion between all people and our shared human consciousness can heal and nurture one another.
