When we got our fragrances into every Sephora store in the country in 2014, it was a dream come true. We hustled hard to pitch our products to the right buyers, flew to San Francisco to wow them in a 6-person meeting, negotiated contracts and production timelines with our manufacturers, perfected our product and packaging, and prepared a fast-growth marketing and pr strategy for the launch. A ton of blood, sweat, and sleepless nights went into the end result (and hands-on h...elp from friends and family!) Today, in my @entrepreneur article, I share my tips on getting in and lessons learned in hopes of making it a possibility for other brand founders as well.
