Lately I've been doing a lot more to explore the issue of equity in the nonprofit sector, especially as many of the organizations I work with serve marginalized communities. I still feel at a loss as to how to address the inequity that is so pervasive in our culture, but at least I can take baby steps by sharing the work and thoughts of others in my field. #nonprofits #vule #communityorganization
