Did you know we are open for in person visits? We are also still offering curbside pickup for those who do not yet feel comfortable entering the building or who are unable to follow our protocols. Our hours are Monday-Friday 10Am-12Noon and 2Pm-8Pm. You can always call us at (315)384-3052 or send us an email at [email protected]. We've missed our community greatly!... Some quick FAQ's: -Curbside pickup will remain available for the foreseeable future. Use the catalog at www.ncls.org or give us a call at (315)384-3052 -Masks are required for entry to the Library. If you require accommodations, please give us a heads up. -Items are being quarantined upon return. This is based on recent industry recommendations. -There is no in person programming. There is still time to register for Novembers! Both these kits feature hours of fun and educational opportunities and checking them out is easy! Stop in to the library to pick up the kit. Trick or Treat! We are all treats at the Hepburn Library of Norfolk!
