For this project we resurfaced the stoop, installed the paver walkway and lighting. The combination of the pathway and spot lights emphasize the walkway and home perfectly! The balance of night lighting can bring a feeling of calmness and safety.

For this project we installed the landscaping, paver walkway, retaining wall, steps and front stoop. This project has some unique features... -The entrance steps, front stoop and steps of the walkway are capped with limestone.... -Red mulch was used in the landscaping beds -The beautiful look of the walkway was created using Techo-Bloc Blu pavers Endicott, NY

We installed new landscaping at the Endwell Fire Department.

For this project we installed new landscaping with Mountain Ash Stone in the landscaping beds. The landscaping beds are sharply defined with Techo-Bloc Belgik edging. The Mountain Ash Stone lightens up the landscaping bed and brings attention to the plant material. It also complements this house perfectly!... Practicing social distancing at Binghamton University's soon to be new Decker College of Nursing and Health Sciences at 48 Corliss Ave Johnson City, NY. We are installing the landscaping, pavers, sod and bioretention.

As of today Northern Scapes, Inc. will be fully operational! We are included in the Phase One of Reopening NY. Until today we were limited on the services we could provide. We are grateful that we are able to dive into our projects for this season. This season will look different than others in the past as we follow the COVID-19 guidelines. ... We are social distancing and our employees are wearing masks when distancing is not possible. We are cleaning regularly. We have disinfectant wipes in our trucks, all throughout our offices and employee areas. In advance we thank all of our customers for their patience as we journey through these new times.

This is a project we completed this past season. We installed the landscaping, boulders, cobble stone and pathway lighting.

We custom built this column to have a built in mailbox and lighting. The pathway lights, spot lights and under-lighting on the column make quite the difference at night!
