At Sannino Vineyard, you have the opportunity to be a winemaker for a day at our VIP Blending Session this Sunday, May 23rd. With this exclusive session, you an...d your guest will have the chance to learn how to blend a custom bottle of wine as you learn about life as a vintner from our winemaker, Anthony Sannino. Begin with a tour of our Vineyards, Tasting House, Wine Production Room, and Barrel Cellar. All throughout the tour you will be tasting our wines with an in depth discussion on how they were made. This class takes about 2 1/2 hours. We then break for a light lunch served. The second half of the session you will learn how to blend your own custom bottle of red wine. Taste and decide between 3- 4 red varieties. Anthony Sannino will be sure to assist you along the way. You will then be able to cork, capsule, and label your custom bottle. One bottle per ticket.
