We saw this patient in our office 2 weeks ago for shoulder instability and pain. Her goal was to be able to participate in a skiing competition this past weekend. We set her up with an extensive exercise program, and taught her how to better connect into her shoulder stabilizers. She did her homework, and was on the slopes all weekend. Finishing pretty high in her division (if I might add).

We’re 2 weeks in to our re-opening. Our new saftey procedures are working out well! That being said, we will be extending our hours starting Monday June 1st. The office will be open 7am-5:30pm Monday - Thursday and 7am-3pm on Friday...
