For this Thursdays yin class I am considering a zoom session. This might help with some of the technical difficulties I am experiencing and will also allow me to see you as you practice and help you more individually. In just about an hour I go live with your 60 minutes yin yoga series. Stop by around 5:50 for set up tips. Please have something to sit/lie on, a think blanket and some firms cushions ready. Pandemic friendly apparel, aka pajamas, recommended. See you soon!

Thanks to all that just tuned in! I think it went fairly well for my first time I do plan to do this weekly (for my own sanity) so keep Thursday night yoga on your calendar.
