Medical charts can be picked up at 1816 Bradley Pond Road, Ellenburg Center. These are the last dates and times you will be able to retrieve them. Thanks again for all your support and understanding, and please share this post for everyone. Please retrieve them on 6/15/19 2 PM to 5 PM, 6/17/1912 noon to 3 PM, and 6/22/19 2 PM to 5 PM.
