Salon Policy Update Hello to our wonderful clients! We now know New York State will be adopting the current CDC guidelines for relaxing covid restrictions. We are also thrilled NYS current positive testing rate is under 1%. As most of you know, all of our employees are fully vaccinated. We will be allowing fully vaccinated (with proof) clients to receive services mask free if they choose. Unvaccinated clients will be required to continue to wear their mask. Anyone wh...o wants to continue to wear a mask is welcome to do so. Additionally, you may feel welcome to request your stylist or therapist to mask while you receive a service. We would love client feedback as to how we may make everyone feel comfortable and we ask for kindness and patience to all as we navigate the next steps forward. First off, we want to say thank you to all of our clients new and old. This has been a bizarre year to say the very least but there has been so much good too. Lydia and I are so thankful for our incredibly talented work family. This year, throughout all of the chaos, Nourish has continued to evolve into a true artist workspace with the addition of Alex and Nikole. It’s always about getting better and Alex and Nikole certainly have greatly helped the salon. Throughout my ...almost 30 year career, I’ve never worked with such professionals and they’ve added so much to what we always wanted our salon to be... A laidback space for creative artists and a professional and stress free space for our clients. Again, the level of work and professionalism they’ve helped us achieve is truly a blessing. Covid has been devastating for many of our clientele but we have all managed to make the best of it. There is light at the end of the tunnel and we will get there together. We wish you all a very Merry Christmas and happy holiday season. 2021 will bring a new energy and hopefulness that 2020 sorely lacked. Our salon continues to test regularly and stay safe. I just had my 7th test and we continue to all test negative. Masks are always required and we take temperatures and have contact tracing paperwork for you to sign upon arrival for your appointment. If you do not feel well, please reschedule your appointment. We appreciate you all and we will stay on top of everything on our end for as long as we need to, to keep everyone safe. An early Happy Thanksgiving to you all and ple...ase be smart and safe. So proud of our crew! Another week of stellar work. Alex is a natural, special talent and Nikole is an incredibly talented junior stylist. She learns so fast and is way beyond her years. We all continue to get tested and remember masks are still required to get hair services. Please be safe and have a great weekend! This song of mine came out as quite the collaboration between musical friends and even some of my clients took part in this! Much appreciation to my clients Gabby Garcia for this amazing video and Sara Langbert for her cello skills in my song. So many clients and friends have been affected and this was a little something that kept my creative juices flowing considering that I could do my day job.
