We had a fantastic day today outside, enjoying the summer like weather, practicing our Taichi and Kungfu at the Mamaroneck Avenue school!

Our new outdoor weather proof practice area is now ready and functioning at the 820 Mamaroneck Avenue school!

This Friday night the amazing Marlon Pilossoph will be teaching a Tai Chi class on the beach and open to all. He offered us a demo at our firepit last night, an...d is looking forward to returning Friday night to share his talents again with us. Class starts at 7pm on the beach by the light of the firepit.
