All religious traditions teach us to be a voice for the voiceless and the vulnerable. Silence may be golden in some settings but not when victims of sexual abuse suffer the pain perpetrated against them. Please support this most important symposium beginning tomorrow: ... https://bit.ly/3ux1iVO April 8th - April 10th

We speak of an affluent individual as a person of means not of ends. Jewish tradition teaches us that we are not measured by what we have, but by what we do especially for others. Rather than go for the gold, we believe you should go for the good.

On October 27, 2018, a shooter entered the Tree of Life - Or L'Simcha Congregation in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania and murder 11 people and injured 6 others. We are most grateful to the members of the Pittsburgh Police Department (pictured here) who ran towards the danger to save lives that day. The real heroes of our society are the countless first responders who step up in crisis to protect others without accolades or fanfare. Today, we remember the heroism of the Pittsburgh PD and the resilience of the community in the face of tragedy. #pittsburghstrong #firstrespondersareheroes #pittsburghpd
