To our valued clients and patients: The breakneck spread of COVID-19, and evolving recommendations for containment, require that we take precautions to protect you, our staff, and your beloved kitty from exposure and harm. As of March 20, 2020, NYCH asks that only visits for unwell or urgent-need patients be scheduled. Given circumstances, routine visits, vaccinations, and elective procedures should be postponed until such time as the pandemic has waned.... If you have traveled abroad to an endemic area, have had direct contact with an infected individual, or are yourself ill please arrange for a friend or family member to bring your cat. We can then communicate with you via phone or FaceTime to get a complete history, discuss our exam findings and recommendations, and decide how best to proceed. General information requests or medical questions should be directed to [email protected]. One of the doctors or staff will make every effort to reply within 24 hours. Please do not ask for antibiotics or other prescriptions unless we have already established a diagnosis for a specific condition. We so appreciate your cooperation and understanding as we try to navigate these changing times. Dr. Peter H Soboroff and all at NYCH

Today we received a sweet book from our fellow preschool neighbors next door. They wrote about how they are thankful for Oliver! As most of you know, Oliver is quite the show stopper and he is very thankful for all of his fans. In addition to that, we also would like to extend thanks to our clients who have been loyal and faithfully supporting our hospital. It is our pleasure to be able to care for your animals. Happy Holidays to everyone ~ The staff at New York Cat Hospital
