And when it came time to renovate the interior, he counted on NYC Builders to perform the kitchen renovation, master bathroom gut renovation and installation of the apartment-wide custom millwork, fabricated in our shop.

NYC Builders was honored to renovate the first apartment of a newly married young couple. The two-bedroom apartment, gut-renovation of Park Avenue and 66th Street required the updating of the kitchen, master and guest bathrooms, replacement of all the interior doors and moldings and the creation of additional closet space. Nestled on the perimeter of Greenwood Cemetary, NYCBG has started a gut renovation and expansion of this 3-story family home in Windsor Terrace. The owners, seeking more interior living space, consulted Architect, Bryce Taylor to design a two-story extension to their home. NYCBG is looking forward to transfromsing the charming, pre-war interior into a more spacious home for its owners by enlarging the square footage an additional 1500 sq feet.

Over the years, the exquisite French glass doors on this beautiful 1920s house, located in Great Neck, Long Island, had completely deteriorated. NYC Builders Group was approached by the owners for our knowledge and skill of detailed millwork, with the task to replace all of the exterior terrace doors with new doors that would perfectly match the original specs of the house. With careful attention to detail and historic preservation, NYCBG was excited to bring this classic home back to its original splendor.
