International Woman's Day just passed with a very unique art display at The Oculus. It was called #ChangePays. Global currency with pictures of ordinary women was hung from the ceiling of The Oculus but if you stood in the right spot on the east side of the building it read "Change" while moving to the opposite side showed "Pays".
