New mask guidelines for the studio. Please know a lot of thought and consideration went into this choice. It was very much a rock and a hard place for us. We hope you feel safe and welcome in our studio. We can't wait for the days when we can just post about exercise again.

Hang Tight! Masks are still going to be required for indoor classes at the Fit Inn through Sunday. We are taking a few days to sort out logistics and take in to account the concerns of our members. Please be patient a few more days and we will have our new policies active on Monday, the 24nd. Thank you!

A quick note on the CDCs new recommendations: Fitness studios and gyms are still required to abide by NYS guidelines. Until those have been updated, masks are still very much required at the Fit Inn. We will keep you updated on any changes in NYS guidelines. We thank you for your support!

As of today, the staff at the Fit Inn is fully vaccinated!!!

Park classes will be starting back up at Pierson Park on April, 21st. If you have been looking for an outdoor workout with some super knowledgeable trainers, look no further! Gyms contribute .06 % of covid spread. We have been doing our best for you and thankfully it is showing in the numbers. Let's all put in the work these next few weeks to minimize spread and protect our communities.

Happy Holidays! Tony and Molly will be taking the next two weeks off. Emily will be teaching (a slightly lighter) schedule until Dec 31st. We will we be back with a full class load in Jan! There are so many things we are thankful for this year. In a year that has thrown hundreds of curve balls, our community has remained steadfast and supportive. We are blessed to have such amazing people in our lives (looking at you @ms.emily.faith ). We wouldn't have weathered this storm without our members and our village. Happiest of Thanksgivings! It may be different, but there is no less love.
