We're so excited for our first Flagship Cohort Launch! While we've had many project launches in the past, today marks the premiere of our cohort style Flagship Program. Soon our 12 local NYC entrepreneurs and their respective teams of advisors will finally meet!

Businesses like gCreate are stepping up to help during this crisis by printing face shields! Face shields are especially important for our frontline medical workers as they prevent medical workers eyes from being exposed to infected droplets as well as from touching their own faces. NY is so lucky to have a wide variety of small businesses that can help in unique ways at this time! Posted @withregram @gcreate3d Lots of face shields going out today! The initial run of 1,000 Prusa shields took us about 4+ days but we dialed in everything and hope to get the next 1,000 in 3 days. Big thanks to @josefprusa @youngbukllc and @womp for everyone coming together. We've already started 500 more @3dverkstan shields for @newyork.calling and everything is running smoothly. Hoping to increase production to 2,000 shields per week soon!

Amazed with how our entrepreneurs find ways to pivot their businesses and help out their communities! Since then we’ve distributed nearly 5000 bo...ttles to everyone from medical professionals, to face mask making fashion designers, to law enforcement officers, and to individuals in New York and beyond. While it’s more than clear how #uncertain these times are, we’re beyond thrilled to have brought a little certainty into peoples lives. We’re currently ramping up production for bulk sales and donations and plan to distribute outside of NY in the coming days. In the meantime, thanks to everyone for your support these past few weeks. We had a great time launching two projects last night: A Cake Baked in Brooklyn and Peg Woodworking ! In person project launches are so important to us because they give a chance for the entrepreneur and advisors connect not only with each other but also with NYPACE staff!

Congratulations to two of our advisors: Junior Board member Rena Ogura and new NYPACE advisor Raymond Li have both been accepted to Harvard Business School! The two coincidentally met while working on a project with Ladies & Gentlemen Studio this past year.
