The Squad works quietly, under the radar, never seeking praise. Crimes are solved, justice is served & they move on to the next case. This week alone, 23rd Pct @NYPDDetectives arrested suspects in 2 homicides & 3 non-fatal shootings. They won't tell you. But I will. Proud & grateful.

Our Public Safety Team took this loaded gun off our streets last night, the 7th gun our officers have recovered in 6 days. Lt DiSanto, PO Aiello & PO Bracco apprehended the suspect on Park Ave following a short foot pursuit. We are determined to stop gun violence in #EastHarlem.

We lost a member of our family this week. James Felder, beloved Community Council Sergeant-at-Arms, passed away. Dedicated Council member for more than 30 years, James was a friend & teammate.
