UPDATE: PATIENT APPOINTMENTS ARE CANCELLED THROUGH THURSDAY, DEC. 17, 2020. Due to inclement weather, NYU College of Dentistry has suspended all clinical activities from 2:00 pm Wednesday, December 16th through Thursday, December 17th. All dental appointments scheduled during this period are cancelled. Patients will be contacted to reschedule their appointments. If you have a dental emergency, please proceed to the nearest emergency room.... All class schedules, including exams, remain in effect and will be conducted remotely. Faculty and staff should plan to work remotely. We are continuing to monitor the storm. This message will be updated on Thursday, December 17th. Please stay safe.

NYU leadership has issued an important communication on COVID-19 testing, quarantining, and early arrival procedures for the Fall 2020 semester: http://spr.ly/6...183Gjagf Key takeaways for students All students coming from or having spent time in the 14 days prior to departure in states designated by NY State (in conjunction with NJ and CT) as restricted or coming from international points of departure must arrive on August 18-19 and must quarantine in New York for two weeks before entering any NYU academic or administrative buildings. For those in undergraduate housing, we will open the residence halls early (August 18-19) and deliver two meals per day at no additional cost. We strongly recommend that students coming from outside the tri-state area (NY, NJ, CT) but not from restricted states also arrive on August 18-19 and quarantine for two weeks We strongly recommend that students coming from outside the tri-state area be tested before beginning their travel to New York All students arriving early from outside the tri-state area must be tested within 24 hours of arrival, and then will be tested again 7-10 days later.
