2020 Cabernet Franc pump over party!!! We actively pump the juice over the skins twice a day as they ferment to extract color and tannin, building the structure of a red wine. It may be tough out there right now but at least we will have nice things to drink if civilization collapses. Fantastic growing year. Cheers to new beginnings! Meet the newest creation in its infancy. A Lambrusco style bubbly red from the Marquette grape. Fermentation was quick with a lot of whole berry carbonic maceration. Fruity and off dry and destined to be chuggable. Look for it to hit the shelves in early 2021.

We only have a few cases of our 2015 Pinot Noir left! Light and fruity up front, it finishes with a bit of earthiness and subtle tannin. Be sure to order online or snag a bottle the next time you visit - you don't want to miss out
