Hi, my name is Kim Creater. I make bath and body products with fresh goats milk from our very own Toggenburg Dairy Goats. We started our dairy goat farm in 2015... in Salisbury Center, NY after selling our dairy in Little Falls, NY in 2013. We actually were originally from Rensselaer and Columbia Counties. We recently moved to Fultonville as you can’t keep the farmer too far from a farm. Although the goats loved the pines and taking walks with us in the woods, our angus really wanted more field space and the farmer wanted to make his own hay, so we moved. As I still teach at Dolgeville Elementary via Herkimer BOCES and have many friends and customers in that area, I still have ties to the Capital District. I started looking at what I can do with our extra milk and since I like crafting more than baking, as well as, making and selling cheese requires USDA regulation, making body and bath products won out. So now I am building this business in hopes of doing more in retirement. My products continue to expand at customer’s requests.
